Plague Surgeon
Another elite dude done. This is a plague surgeon named Nauseous Rotbone. Hopefully I’m going to be able to fit him into my game tonight.

Blightlauncher
Finally i have a newer special weapon guy. This is a easy build dude with a blightlauncher. It’s going to be nice to actually have some range from these guys in a game now.

Dacio and I vs Kevin and Mike
This was a big game. 100pl each. I took a faster force with Rhinos and my partner took a mostly deep strike force. I was pretty happy that I got to use most of my command points and almost every bodies special nurgle abilities throughout the game. It was a great time. Chaos loses at the end of turn 4, but it was still a fantastic game.

Rhino3
This is the first of the converted, old school, nurgle rhinos that my friend Jay did many moons ago. I’ve just now gotten the painting skill level to do these models justice. Enjoy!

Plaguecaster3
I’ve done this last one in the paint scheme of the Palid Hands vectorum. I figure that one would ‘borrow’ sorcerers when playing multiples in games. They are not very common in plague armies according to the storylines. This is the last one in this series of psykers. I have an actual conclave of them now.

Plaguecaster2
This guy is part of a 3 series paint on the same model. I’ve attempted this one to mimick the Weeping Legion.

Sorry Bill
My practice models with this new style have been successful. Now I’m ready. So I’ll start this part off with an apology to Bill (my ultramarine friend). Most of this recreation of my painting style has been because of old models that I converted many years ago. I took a few SM chapters and ‘nurgled’ them up a bit with the technology of the day and my skill level at that time. Ultras, Space Wolves, Dark Angels were the three I was focused on at that time. Those conversions were still some of the best I did during that time before my ork Waagh, when my painting skills started really getting better, as well of my enjoyment of it. When Death Guard got a codex last year, the first thing I thought about were these conversions and how it would be nice to play with them again( thinking that they would be fine without any modifications). Then the first of the new DG models began to come out. HOLY COW! What a fantastic range! I was blown away to say the least. I was also not very proud of my conversions from 20+ years ago. My decision to upgrade my skills was born, as well as frameworks for storylines to progress from all that time ago. I decided to use the same figures as back then, but further their nurgle transition. Anyhow.... Lots of talk. Here is the first one.
